Glad to have Mike in my corner

StichiWith so many lawyers nowadays i found it difficult to hire an attorney that really can be trusted. When speaking with some of my friends who are also in the entertain business, the horror stories that they tell me, reminds me to thank God for allowing me to meet Michael Santucci. He truly looks... out for my best interest, and cares about how I am doing. From keeping me updated via email or by phone, when I am unclear about something, he doesn't hesitate to stop and explain what is going on- until I understand or at least say that I understand. My cases have mainly dealt with intellectual property, but I just really appreciate the communication that comes from Mike and his office. I can remember I was on a deadline to sign a contract, and this was the night before memorial day, I sent him the contract and he got back to me that same night with suggestions / changes. I can really go on, but all in all thus far Mike has been an all around great attorney that I would recommend to any of my colleagues, friends, and or family members who are in the entertainment business..

The best in his field!

Michael Santucci assisted me with trademarking the name of my business & logo. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Michael is very knowledgeable in his field and I would recommend him to anyone who ever needs a professional copyright/trademark attorney.

Case concerning breach of fiduciary duty and proprietary information

I was extremely pleased with the way Mr Santucci handled my case. It was a difficult one, with an issue alleging breach of fiduciary duty and proprietary information, and the outcome greatly impacting an elderly handicapped gentleman. In addition, family members were involved, which always makes a ca...se more difficult. I was very happy with Mr Santucci's knowledge of the law necessary to try this case, and his willingness to keep me informed every step of the way. We won our case, which might not have happened in the hands of a less capable and hard-working attorney, and I would not hesitate to call upon Mr Santucci again should the need arise.

Amateur at best

Mr. Santucci claims to be an expert at copyright issues. I had a copyright infringement issue and I interviewed Mr. Santucci and he assured me that he had the experience and knowledge to handle my case, to a positive outcome for me. Based upon his performance in real time, it is my opinion that his... knowledge and abilities were lacking to say the least. You may have a better outcome with him, but in my opinion, based upon what he did for me, he is a total amateur.
