Michael James Entin

Michael Entin provided no defense for me. He cashed my check, ignored tampering of evidence, and accepted a one year jail term for me without ever consulting me. I was forced to find and hire a forensic audio expert on my own. Entin ignored the initial forensic report that identified irregularitie...s, and instead tried to pressure me to accept a year in jail. I brought in a new attorney to assist Michael Entin. As soon as the new attorney introduced himself to the prosecutor, the federal charges were dropped and the state asked if I would accept a one year probation sentence on a felony charge, which I rejected. Seven years later a judge threw out the recorded evidence after the same forensic expert that Entin ignored, demonstrated that 15 seconds of conversation that Michael witnessed were missing and portions of remaining conversations were now blank. The judge also dismissed the felony charge, and gave me a withheld of adjudication on the misdemeanor. No jail, no probation, and a sealed record. Entin, never provided defense. All he did is quickly negotiate a sentence and then pressure me to accept it. I hired a Defense Attorney, but all I got was a sentence negotiator. If I didn’t fight Michael Entin, I would have gone to jail for one year.

Mr. Entin is one of the most well know and certainly one of the most,if not most experienced, knowledgeable lawyers you could think of hiring or have hired. Whatever his fee/s may be rest assured that you are without any degree of uncertainty getting the best possible representation. He doesn't sugar... coat and doesn't make promises other that to do his absolute best. I personally have used him along with many others I am familiar with and the outcomes were all the best that could possibly be attained. He works hard and yes even responds on Saturdays when possible. The lawyers with few exceptions within any area of expertise he handles need to watch,listen and learn from this man. Once you hire him,let him be and feel confident in knowing that he is doing what need be done. A true professional and gentleman!!! Should your case not turn out as you wish or wished, realize that it most probably would have been worse if handled by another attorney. Few are of this mans caliber.
