Mason Treat Nettleton

Mason has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in a broad range of litigation matters while at Fowler White Burnett. A skilled trial attorney, he has understanding of complex financial and evidentiary issues necessary for his commercial and family practice areas. 

Practicing since 2012, Mason has first-chaired numerous bench trials through final judgment in both Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.  Mason draws upon his extensive and unique litigation background to advise clients of prudent and efficient litigation strategies that are tailored to their goals. Mason has represented individuals as well as small and Fortune 500 corporations during his time at Fowler White Burnett.

In his family law practice, Mason has vast experience negotiating and litigating issues arising under pre and post-nuptial agreements, equitable distribution, alimony, partnership agreements, and domestic violence trials (including injunctions against dating, stalking, cyberstalking, sexual and repeat violence).

While in law school, Mason served as the research and writing editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. Mason also gained experience as a law clerk at Scott Ferris, P.A., an established South Florida litigation firm.  Mason also interned with the Connecticut State's Attorney felony division and Brooklyn District Attorney's Early Case Assessment Bureau giving him insight on prosecutor tactics and criminal procedure.
