Joshua Daniel Miron

Joshua D. Miron is a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Fort Lauderdale office where he practices in the Business Litigation Group. As a commercial trial lawyer, Mr. Miron's practice focuses primarily on representing clients in various business, construction and real estate disputes in both state and federal court. In addition to his business practice, Mr. Miron has experience representing mortgage loan originators, servicers, investors and court-appointed receivers in complex commercial and residential foreclosures. He routinely represents owners and contractors in construction contract matters and related disputes. In addition to the litigation aspect of his practice, Mr. Miron is well-versed in handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, procuring financing for clients, assisting with land acquisition and commercial and residential lease negotiations. Mr. Miron is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

With more than a decade of litigation experience, Mr. Miron prides himself on taking a common sense, business-minded approach to the practice of law. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a project manager for a national hotel renovation and development firm.
