I hired Mr Zager for a specific reason and then decided to go with another attorney..Mr Zager refused to give me back my initial retainer claiming that he did work equaling that amount of money even thought it wasn’t true..Apparently he feels that $1500.00 for less than one hours work is fair..Be min...dful of what you are signing with this one..

I was not looking forward to taking my combative ex to family court, but I needed to resolve a messy custody schedule and leftover issues from divorce. I had contacted several attorne...ys in Miami and didn't get the confident feeling that I was looking for in a lawyer, and then a good friend referred me to Joseph. After a phone call and meeting I immediately knew that Joseph understood the whole legal landscape and that he could handle everything for me. Because of Covid-19 the movement through the court system was slow, but we finally got a mediation date and had the opportunity to bring the issues up a court-appointed session. He was able to manage the conversation with the mediator and my ex in a way that was productive, and presented the my issues within the legal framework.
