John Howes is a highly competent and effective criminal defense attorney. He is an unusually creative pre-trial lawyer, and also a Powerful and compelling presenter in the Courtroom. John Howes knows how to win when possible, or position you for the best outcome when the cards are clearly stacked a...gainst you. He is unique in his ability to accomplish things other lawyers cannot. My case was dismissed in Federal Court and all charges were dropped. He stood with me through the multi-month pre-trial battle, filing of creative motions to move the judge for a hearing. Then three full days of pre-trial courtroom battle followed. Two weeks later the hardnosed prosecutor decided to dismiss my case. I highly recommend John Howes.
