STAY AWAY. About 6 months ago, Oct 14th, I called in regard to a high value case. Sameer answered my call, and after following up with the staff, told me Jibrael would be taking this one himself. I was pumped to be working with him. After about 2 months of calling in and hearing about how busy Ji...brael was, I was ready to cut my losses and posted a bad review on Google. It was at that point where they actually showed some urgency. Sameer called me asking to take the bad review down and then put me on a 3-way call with Jibrael, where he repeated the same until I told him no one has followed up with me for 2 months. He apologized and asked me to organize all of my evidence of emails, phone logs, photos, video links etc, into PDFs and send them over (this was around the last week of November.) I spent all weekend working on getting him everything he needed, exactly the way he wanted it organized. Whelp, another 2 months went by, and I would follow up every few weeks or so asking if all of my hard work was at least reviewed... and it never was. Finally in February, Sameer was able to help get me in contact with Jibrael. I'm not sure if Sameer was a paralegal or assistant, but he was the only little bright spot in this experience. He seemed to at least do his job, unlike anyone else I dealt with. We had a long call where we went over my files and Jibrael told me we needed an attorney in New York, which he had (Mitchell). He emailed me an agreement. It was a long time coming, but I was super excited to finally have some movement and good news. Guess what, ANOTHER 2 months went by. Not sure if that's the default time length to respond to someone in this firm. I would hear excuses like " Jibrael is shooting a documentary, so he is really busy", "Mitchell is working on the case and we will have it filed in a couple of weeks", or " I am 90% sure, Mitchell has filed the case already," just BS after BS. I was told Mitchell was taking this case back in February, and to this day, I have never spoken to him. Then the other day (March 31st), while we were celebrating my 8 y/o daughter's birthday, I received a call from Sameer (and I'm assuming Mitchell talking through Sameer in the background), apologizing that they would not be able to take my case. They fed me some more BS (BS seems to be a common theme here). Neither could answer why they couldn't have told me this when I sent all of my evidence and files back in November/December when I served it all up to them on a platter. The worst part is my statute of limitations ends in a week (which they were well aware of) and because I wasted 6 months with their empty promises, I no longer have enough time to find another attorney or firm to pursue my case. Due to their negligence, I really have no clue what to do now, I feel gutted and lost. PLEASE go to another firm or attorney that values your time and needs. THIS IS NOT IT, I PROMISE YOU. Thank me later.

I saw one of Mr. Hindi's ads on Instagram about receiving payment reminder emails between the hours of 9pm and 8am. The ad seemed very straight forward and to the point. It stated that if we received a payment reminder email from any company between those hours, we are entitled to $1k. I have been r...eceiving payment reminder emails as early as 4am every week for about two years now from a specific company. I had a consultation, forwarded the emails to the attorney and signed the retainer agreement. I was told the emails I had fit the MO and they would start working on getting me the $1k. I was told that would work and they would start on getting me the $1k. Well the company that sends the emails basically just said "no" we aren't paying anything. The law firm basically just said "ok then" and contacted me to tell me they aren't moving forward. No lawsuit or any type of legal battle. Just threw in the towel and moved on. Seems like the approach is to bully companies into paying the money to avoid a more expensive legal battle. When I asked why they weren't pursuing they said there's a lot of grey area in the law like "WHETHER OR NOT EMAILS ARE COVERED" (that was literally the entire point, specifically for emails) and whether it's any payment reminder or just reminders for payments that are past due. So don't get your hopes up.
