Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Perl retired as a Major in the Army Reserve after 33 years of service. Throughout the course of his impressive career, he has worked hard to establish himself in the field amongst his peers and has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a feature in the 2013 and 2014 Florida Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers . He has published several articles including, "Community Association Medical Liability," "Hurricane Preparation," and "Collection Strategies in Difficult Times," in the Florida Community Association Journal.
