I hired Hollis E Mandell Esq to represent me in an out of state custody battle with my ex husband. He had attained a pick up order from a Pennsylvania Court which granted him full custody when I "absconded" the mutual residence with our daughter. Long story short, he ended up moving to Florida with o...ur daughter to continue to live off me. Four months into his move to Florida he began to ask me to do things that were against my moral compass and I filed for divorce two months later. Furious, my ex applied and was granted ANOTHER pick up order, took my daughter from me and moved to NYC. I was DEVASTATED!! Hollis was able to get the same judge that signed his pick up order to sign mine. I flew to N.Y. and picked up my baby. Fast forward 2 months later, we came in front of the Judge, Hollis shot down every single allegation they attempted to slander me with and barred the Judge from ruling in my case since the other side did not file a relocation order. Hollis was well versed w her PKA laws which allowed us to skip all of the Court drama and settle our case with a mediator. Moral of the story is Hollis is an excellent attorney. Her and her paralegal Nicole make an excellent team and together, they got me my baby back!!! I will forever be greatful for all of their hard work and will always sing praise to the Law Office of Hollis E Mandell.

Hollis has been a great attorney for my last case. Not only does she handle your legal case, but what was more IMPORTANT to me was that she alleviated my stress level. Words can not express the work this women did to protect my son from my abusive husband. She really worked hard and got all the facts to make sure my son and me were taken care of. After 3 lawyers and 3 years of going threw my divorce she stepped in and took care of us. he really cares about the chil...dren and there welfare. She is not just someone who saved my sons life and myself but I now consider her family. Love Love her. I would recommend her highly.

I hired Hollis about 2 years ago to help my husband get shared custody of his daughter. The case just finished this year and he was granted everything that we wanted. Hollis helped us every step of the way, This case was drawn out but it wasnt because of her lack of effort it was because of the mothe...r of my step daughter. Hollis heard us out and didnt accept anything less then what we wanted and what my husband deserved. She is a great family attorney and was very hands on with us.
