My name is Cesar Martinez my situation was one of the most difficult that you can ever be in an immigration situation, I had a final notice of removal by an immigration judge and i had hire two lawyers which I was told nothing can be done in my situation, I decide to hire Mrs Dawn by a friend who to...ld me to try one more time with Mrs Dawn , he knew her by someone else and he advice me to hire her . so decide to go with her and try my last time even when I saw no there was no possible way that I can resolve my situation base on the advice of my other two lawyers. since the first time that we spoke I notice that she was different and she said that she will do everything to help me in my situation, she find out that the immigration court made a mistake with the court dates mail , she found out that the court send me the letters to my apartment with no apartment number the postal service couldn't deliver my mail because there was no apartment number and when I was not able to attend to my court because I was never able to know that I have a court date and that's how I was in final order of removal for not showing to court, she found out that someone send the court letters with no apartment number and the court determine that it was my fault because they argue that I gave the wrong address but she was able to prove that when my final order was order by the judge someone at the did write the apartment number . just want to let anyone that have a lawyer that will work extra time and really cares at a human a level for your situation that is something that you just can't put a monetary value , for her hard work , knowledge of the immigration laws not only my life has change because now I am able fight my case and the same judge that gave me my final order of removal was the same judge that change the order of removal and thanks to Mrs Dawn Rapoport i have the chance to continue living in this great country
