Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2015.

Suspension issued in FL, 2015

updated on 11/06/2017

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Dawn’s comment:

“On December, 29, 2015, I was administratively suspended as a sanction to a contempt order for not responding to a Bar Inquiry on time. The court gave me 30 days to provide The Bar with all my documents, and wind down my practice. I fully complied within those 30 days. I was reinstated to the practice of law 3 weeks later February 17, 2016 (it took the court 3 weeks to process). The underlying Bar Inquiry was dismissed, finding no probable cause and that I did not commit professional misconduct.”
