I have used many attornies in my life, many, and this group of people are the absolute worst. Belive everything you r...ead in the 1 star reviews its all true and I just experieced all of it. Just a recap: They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE They NEVER RETURN PHONE MESSAGES They NEVER RETURN TEXT MESSAGES THEY ASK YOU TO SEND They NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING If you are reading this then I would suggest do not belive a word of what they say. I would not spend the time typing this if I was not truly DISGUSTED BY THERE LACK OF LAWYERING AND REPSONE TO THIS CRITICAL SITUATION. I can not say enough bad things about them. Just find a real firm that will help you with your SSD. THIS AINT IT!! They tried to get my SSDI by not withdrawing from the case as instructed. *****BE VERY CAREFUL WITH USING THIS LAW FIRM***** I THINK AND TRULY BELIEVE THEY ARE WILL WANTED CROOKS. DO NOT USE EVER. YOU TO WILL BE OUTRAGED! I WILL CONTACT THE FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION AND YOU SHOULD TOO! I DID AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THE COMPANY. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

David and his awesome team of lawyers were able to get my partners disability in 2008 (Who died in 2013) then my own in late 2014. They are passionate to the gay community of South Florida and Western North Carolina. They bent over backward to win my case as I have three qualifying disabilities. ...I would highly recommend David Goetz he will not take a case unless he knows he can WIN.

Hired. Never spoke with an attorney. My husband had to collect all of my records. My congressman tried to help. I requested a brief be done for dire need. They ignored all requests for obtaining all of my records and getting them to the first appeals person. They did no paperwork. And they were term...inated by me.

I have been dealing with my case for a few years. When we first spoke (to an assistant) she took all my info and we proceeded with the case. I took half a year of work off and then had to get some PT work to support myself. The firm said it was fine. I spent a lot of money on Drs and PT. Judge later ...said those Drs are not SSI supported. Law firm never said anything. Lawyer had no idea I was working. After hearing said they would appeal if we lost because I had good feedback from VOC expert. Ended up losing and lawyer put in her notes that if I kept working no appeal. Never called me. I had to call 6x over 3 wks and then learned that they closed my case. Joke.
