Representing clients mostly in plaintiff's personal injury. Have tried over 50 jury trials in civil and criminal courts and successfully settled hundreds of cases in nearly 30-year legal career. I handle all accidents resulting in injury: auto, scooter, trucking, aviation, maritime/cruise ship, premises liability, fall downs, products liability and intentional torts (e.g., intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment). In addition, I have litigated numerous legal malpractice claims. My most recent notable case was representing the families of two young men killed along with Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez when his boat struck the north jetty at Government Cut in Miami in late 2016. The case resolved in 2019 after extensive litigation in both Federal and State courts.
