Benjamin E. Olive is the founding partner and managing shareholder of Olive | Judd, P.A. Mr. Olive is a Fort Lauderdale business litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of complex corporate and real estate related litigation.
He is consistently recognized as one of Florida's Top Attorneys' by Super Lawyers, an honor limited to the top two and one half percent (2.5%) of attorneys in the state of Florida. He has recognized as one of Florida’s “Top Lawyers” by the South Florida Legal Guide.
In addition to Mr. Olive’s passion for advocacy, he understands the value of serving the South Florida community, and is active in community affairs, including serving as co-chairman of the Walk to Defeat ALS, a non-profit organization devoted to research and assistance for those afflicted with Lou Gehrig’s disease, as well as Jack & Jill Children’s Center, the oldest nonprofit provider of early childhood education in Broward county.
