Anthony Joseph Aloneftis

Based on my experience with Anthony Aloneftis, I met him at the courthouse while filing my own motion for a DV hearing. He overheard the clerk and I speaking and solicited himself as “not being a billing machine and charging $250 for dv hearing “, and $5000 FLAT FEE to represent me on a high profile ...complex family case. I insisted that he please review the docket before agreeing to the “flat fee”. During litigations I’ve brought up motions of contempt that needed to be file (which he never did) , he was always busy, complaining about not being able to pay his assistant, was never available to speak about my case, complaining about his car breaking down, not responding to opposing counsel in timely manner. I retained him on May 10.. despite that… opposing counsel filed a motion for contempt against me because Anthony advise me not to do a deposition . At the hearing , he told the judge that he wasent retained until May 24 which cause the judge to rule on opposing counsel favor. He never had a strategy. The only advice he would give me is to “drop the dv injunction because this judge is bias and star struck and is going to rule in opposing counsel favor anyway regardless of what evidence we had. He also told me about a judge he was filing a restraining order against who only oppose a GED and is married to a man that he represents over Auto Nation.
