Andrew David Washor

I hired Andrew Washor for my divorce. At our first consultation he told me that he is very optimistic, that my case is easy and it will end up in good terms. I paid upfront of course 5000$. After that all the interest he had for my case flu out of the window. He will just tell you whatever you want ...to hear until he gets the money and do everything possible to end up the case as soon as possible, that's how my case finished in 3 months in horrible terms for me.

All of the work was performed under the Fee Agreement. The client changed her mind after all of the legal services had been performed. Additionally, she signed the Fee Agreement which provides that no portion of the fee would be refunded under any circumstances. I was referred to Andrew Washor to have the adoption of my two daughters and paid him the whole amount upfront for the full service as he requested. Through advice from another attorney, since I wasn't getting any feedback from Washor, I was advised to postpone the adoption and before any work was d...one by Washor I requested at least a partial refund. He refused, not giving me back even 1 dollar. He held all my money just because I trusted him and paid him upfront as he wanted! I will never recommend him for anything! He was so rude and I don't want anyone else to go through this. Be careful dealing with him...
