Poor communication, does not release funds
I hired the Law group of Charlip law for an injury case aboard a ship that had occurred. The cruise ship settled and the release was signed by me on May 27th 2020. Took my money, maybe believe he was working on the case and never did
Alberto matta took the money, let passed the time to responded the lawsuit and got me in trouble because of that,, now he doesn't answer the phone or will return my money

Toke my money to, and run away!!
I paid him 1300$ to represent us in court on the 28 December 2012. Never got back to us since.

Took the money and run
He was "nice" first day took the money then.....no answer.....no work done.....so now he took the money even if the gave us a contract its useless as he knows suing him won't do much but to put a lien which already exists one.
