I hired cook office to handle my case, what the staff did (Belinda Montalvo) was sending bill, the case was poorly handled. They kept the case going for over a year and a half to charge me a ridiculous amount of money.. I was totally lost, I didn't even know when and how the case would be done. I did...n't have no clue. The staff there was trained to lie and to turn clients around. The only thing they are after is money, rip off clients pockets, being rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend no one to deal with them. Please stay away. Take your money and bring it somewhere else. Please, please I am begging you.

This people are thieves. I hired him and never did anything. I gave him $5000 as retainer and I had to fix my problem with a dealer my self. I went to his office to ask him to return my retainer and he said he was going to charge me only for the consultation and a letter he did but then he change his... mind and said he will not return my retainer. All the people in that office that works for him (Belinda, Yelina) are the same as him. They are there to cover him all the dirty job he does. Don’t even try to do business with this people, you will loose your money and time.

he experience has been nothing but horrible! FRom Plam beach county I drove 1.5 hours to the middle of nowhere to meet this attorney he consulted with me for free as promised but that was about the furthest it went. I receive an email over 2 years ago that there has been a judgment and I should be re...couping everything that has been taken from me back! Well, every time you call this office they give you the runaround! This girls, did I mention that its hard to understand what they are saying will say and do anything just to get you off of the phone! Word of advice, slow down and do your job! I would stay far away from this law firm, I am not convinced that they do anything for you, maybe my case wasn't big enough (then you shouldn't have taken it) Anyhow, I would never them again and I advise anyone with half a brain to stay far away!
