Biography
A graduate of Florida International University and the Florida State University School of Law, Jose has practiced law in South Florida since 2004 and is licensed to appear in the courts of Florida and in the federal court for the Southern District of Florida. Jose also received a Certificate in International Legal Studies from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in coordination with the Salzburg University Austro-American Institute of Education.
Prior to becoming an attorney and practicing law Jose was a Protective Investigator in child abuse cases for the Department of Children and Families. Jose also served as an Editor for the Business Law Journal at Florida State University’s School of Law. Jose has successfully handled hundreds of Bankruptcy cases, specializing in bankruptcy cases involving mortgages and foreclosures.
