Extremely disappointed in the tactics employed by Leslie Gillis. This practice appears to operate as a high-volume settlement mill, utilizing aggressive pre-suit threats to pressure individuals into quick payouts. Their strategy seems predicated on exploiting the potential costs of litigation rather ...than the actual merit of their claims. This is rent-seeking behavior at its most transparent; if you’re looking for a professional who values legal integrity over opportunistic settlement demands, look elsewhere.
