Richard Villalba

Richard Villalba, Esq. is an attorney at B&M Law Group, where he focuses his practice on real estate transactions, business law and estate planning. He advises individuals, families, investors, entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of legal matters, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, business formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and comprehensive estate planning. Drawing on his diverse legal background, Mr. Villalba provides practical, results-oriented counsel tailored to help clients protect their assets, navigate complex transactions, and achieve their personal and business objectives.

Prior to joining B&M Law Group, Mr. Villalba represented clients in disputes involving community associations, commercial and business matters, and real estate-related issues. He guided clients through all phases of legal proceedings — including pre-suit negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation and trial — gaining extensive experience advocating for clients in complex disputes.

Mr. Villalba began his legal career as a litigation attorney at a Miami-based personal injury firm, where he represented clients in premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, helping injured individuals throughout Florida obtain compensation for injuries caused by the negligence of others.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Villalba has a strong background in transactional matters. While in law school, he served as a student attorney certified by the Supreme Court of Missouri and worked in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, providing legal guidance to community members on forming nonprofit organizations and other business entities. He also clerked at a Miami law firm, gaining experience in first-party homeowner's insurance litigation and assisting with all aspects of real estate transactions. He has served as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem in Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit, advocating for the best interests of children.
