The efforts of his team have exposed the truth and links between dozens of murders that resulted from organized crime activities in South Florida.

Attorney Novack has been licensed in State and Federal Courts since 1985, including the Florida Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts (Southern District and Middle District of Florida), and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has successful litigation experience in the Civil Division, Criminal Division, Family Division, and Probate Division of Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit, State Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and Florida's Third District Court of Appeal. In 2020 Attorney Novack concluded substantial claims and cases for a number of seriously, permanently injured clients and delivered to them the maximum available amount of compensation for the harm they had suffered. 

Attorney Novack has achieved the Highest National Rating for Attorney Ability and Ethics, by Martindale Hubbel, and has been rated as AV Preeminent for over 25 years. Attorney Novack has served as a Flotilla Staff Officer in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, and as a Captain and Legal Officer in the US Air Force Auxiliary / Civil Air Patrol. He currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Florida Highway Patrol, and on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Aerospace Scholarship Corporation.

Attorney Novack was recognized by the Dade County Bar Association in December 2016 for outstanding service to the Bar and the public, and for "Significant Contributions to Providing Access to Justice." In August 2018, he was honored for extraordinary achievements in law and public service in the Congressional Record, United States House of Representatives. ​In 2020 he was selected by Family Action Network (FANM) for its prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Also in 2020 he was appointed by the Director of the Florida Highway Patrol to the Agency's Advisory Council, and he worked with the Miami Dade Police Department and other agencies in the process of solving historic cold case homicide cases.
