A difficult immigration case

Mr. Citrin told me the truth a few years ago: "This is a difficult case and it will take time to get a good decision for you, but I believe you and we will work on this case together to reach 100% of success. These words spoke the truth about my case. On July 13 of this year the Immigration Judge g...ranted my case. Mr. Citrin is an excellent immigration lawyer with his professionalism, legal knowledge, and his honest and loyal personality. Definitely I will recommend to my friends. Thank you Mark for caring.

Immigration attorney

Like everyone that has an immigration case, I talked to several attorneys, and it was always an experience where I left without any feeling of confidence that person knew what they were doing or understood the urgency or cared or wanted to try. I talked first with his assistant, Aksana. Who took the ...time to tell me on the phone the steps of my situation and how Mr. Citrin can help me. It means a lot to go to a consultation and see someone who tells you what you have to do and moves fast and starts working on it right away. I recommend Mr. Citrin and his office to anyone with an immigration case, and grateful I was sent to him. I don't want to give details about my case and what he is doing for me. But I came in a state of mind that only people that go through this might understand, and not even those, and I left with some peace of mind. He told me I am able to pay in installments, and that means a lot versus the attorney that tells you a huge fee that a normal working person never has and wants it all at once. 5 stars.

Finally a 5 year battle is over thanks to Mark and his team

My husband was finally able to obtain his green card after over 5 years of USCIS delays. Mark utilized a multifaceted strategy; after 1 year and half he was able to remedy a problematic case which we had brought to him. This strategy included an appeal, 2 new filings, a withdrawal, 2 interviews, and... additional steps. This requires not only an organized strategy, but tremendous foresight to understand the steps ahead, in order to accomplish our ultimate goal- approval of the I-130 and I-485. Mark, Daniela, and his team were very thorough and diligent during the whole process. They were quick to reply to my calls and emails and I felt that they were personally invested in our success. I have worked with many attorneys in the past and I enjoy working with Mark because he directly oversees each and every detail of his cases. I rarely experience this with larger firms, because there are so many people managing a single client and important elements or nuances can easily be forgotten. We have referred many cases to Mark and each of our friends has had a positive result, regardless of the complexity or type of case they had. Thank you so much Mark. We will miss working with you, but are certainly pleased that all of this is behind us!

A great lawer!!!

Mark Citrin does a great job. It's really worth the money you pay, but still a big part depends on you. He has a very good staff who care about their clients and taking all your problems personal, giving much of support.
