I’d like to thank Mark and his entire team! They are professionals with many years of experience. I came to Mark in despair because previous lawyer had deceived me, taken 3 times more money for the same job than Mark did. He defined our steps very clearly and professionally, put all necessary accents..., helped me to sort out and understand all the details of my case from different angles. I recommend.

I would recommend and will recommend Mr. Citrin to anyone going through an immigration situation. I became a resident after marrying a US citizen. My case took forever and it took a toll on my mental state of mind. At many points in this time, I actually wanted to give up Mr. Citrin, because i felt t...his is taking too long and that his office was not giving me proper attention. I was paying for him solving my case, but didn't realize the work load he has. I would have preferred to paid extra and have more piece of mind sometimes. Be extremely calm and have faith his team is professional and with good intentions and working on your case even if takes an abnormal amount of time. I didn't have patience like i said and when I calmed down, I realized i was wrong to be upset. People do not deliver anymore on their engagements, and Mr. Citrin did. I am blessed with my husband who tried to talk reason into me, and with an attorney who advised me correctly. My previous one simply took my money and never did anything for me, and she actually was asking me to pay her off record cash.

Slowly, but surely

Best attorney in Miami. I've been Mr. Citrin's client for many years, due to complex case. After going through several attorneys, who did not really know what they were doing, Mr. Citrin was a real blessing. He is the only attorney I could entrust my life. He also has never asked for any money he di...d not honestly earn. However, due to his great popularity, processing paperwork with him is not as quick as I would like. Things that could take just days or weeks, if they were done on a timely manner, usually take months with him. Athough, I don't think it is possible to find an immigration lawyer, who'd do things right away, so I guess for the great results you get, you just have to be patient. In other words slowly, but surely. His caring and responsive office staff makes clients feel well informed and cared for. Overall good experience. Don't waste your money with other lawyers - come to Mark Citrin, but pull all your patience together -things will not get done overnight.

Slow, expansive, but EFFECTIVE!

Slow (but I guess he can't do anything about this, it is up to immigration judge) and expansive. But he is very knowledgeable and if you do what he says, you should win your case.

TIME AND MONEY WAISTED

EXTREME CAUTION... When I came for consult, he promised to find a solution for my issue and offered a few options. I was a client for 3 years and Mark just dragged time, kept rescheduling my court date, changed his mind and necessary evidences for my case. At the end HE IGNORED ALL HIS PROMISES, said... there is nothing he can do and never helped me to get a green card. I NEVER GOT ANY MONEY BACK OR SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT.
