I’ve contacted Juan on several occasions, one even happened to be the same ticket twice! (Thanks red light cam) every time I’ve contacted him he has been incredibly attentive and responsive, while consistently keeping me in the loop as I received follow-ups from the city so I would feel reassured tha...t it was being taken care of and that the follow ups were just notices. He even replied to me while on a cruise! He’s really THAT available. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
