(Thanks red light cam) every time I’ve contacted him he has been incredibly attentive and responsive, while consistently keeping me in the loop as I received follow-ups from the city so I would feel reassured tha...t it was being taken care of and that the follow ups were just notices. He even replied to me while on a cruise! He’s really THAT available. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
