I actually went through a very bad car accident about 5 months ago and I do not even have any recollection about the accident, but still I was given an infraction which was unjust, especially since the police officer wrote I has no bodily injury, and I clearly had numerous bodily injuries since I ind...ured 3 surgeries that same day.
