David Howard Freedman

I contacted David Freedman in May 2022, from San Diego, CA. I was given his name by MetLife Legal dept, an employee benefit. My issue was a Florida traffic citation. I spoke with his receptionist after calling twice and not getting a response. When he returned the call he was apologetic but rushed, a...nd I felt not very interested. In addition, he was very discouraging. He advised me to pay the citation in full and be done with it. He said to pay it soon, as it would snowball and only get more expensive. I almost followed his suggestion but decided to try another Atty on the list from MetLife Legal. The second lawyer was the exact opposite! What a pleasure to find out that there was a way to contest the citation, even being across the country. The lawyer was kind, and thorough, got right back to me, followed up, and reported when it was completely done, and no further action was needed on my part, and the citation removed!
