Satisfied

In a time of grave uncertainty and heightened legal turmoil, Mr. Rier and his staff have selflessly pledged themselves as invaluable contributors in an undeterred effort to yield the most desirable outcome on my behalf. The timeliness of Mr. Riers judicious actions infused with unprecedented displa...ys of promptness, diligence, professionalism and overall transparency continuously reassured my family and I that we'd retained the right team of legal experts for the job. I was indicted by the government on a 17 man RICO conspiracy case and was the only person on the indictment to not be charged with racketeering (which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment). Instead, I plead guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm (punishable by a maximum of 10 years imprisonment) and served 14 months imprisonment. I could have not hoped for a better team of professionals committed to my best interests around the clock and delivering them. Thank you Andy and staff! Highly recommend.

worst experience of a lawyer i have had.

We hired Andrew rier, and he talked a good one. We paid him what he said it would cost, and said things that i want to hear. But when i we paid him what he asked, he said it would be more. And did not back up his words. He said he would resolve the matter in a set date. But then stated it would take ...more time and money. I fired him, and with one motion i filed myself, i resolve my own matter and within my time frame. Andrew is not a man of his words.

Getting Results with Superior Preparation

Mr. Rier is the best trial attorney that I have encountered or retain through out my criminal career. Unlike 99% of criminal law practitioners, Mr. Rier has invested in maintaining a staff consisting of other experienced attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries, that help him meticulously prepare... cases for trial. My particular situation involved my being arrested for a PBL, while in possession of narcotics, when I had an open trafficking case in a neighboring county. The State offered me a double digit universal plea agreement. My initial attorney, that was handling my first drug case, tried to talk me into taking that plea. In time, I fired that attorney and hired Mr. Rier. Understand my first attorney was a solo criminal practitioner who had only a legal secretary as staff and as such took peoples money with no real ability to prepare cases as needed. Get this, for the same money as the first attorney, Mr. Rier prepared all three of my cases for trial inside 8 months and that 10+ years universal plea deal became less than five with papers. Mr. Rier was ready to go and the State got a whole lot more reasonable. Bottom line, Mr Rier's sharp mind, reputation as a trial attorney and his staff's assistance preparing his client's cases for trial, results in more favorable outcomes for criminal defendants who retain his services. I was supremely satisfied with Mr. Rier's services and recommend him to any and all criminal defendants.

Great lawyer, better person

I worked with various lawyers during my case before meeting Andrew, and they're all talk no results, but Andrew delivers. At first my case seemed challenging and almost impossible to win, so when my lawyers didn't do much the first couple weeks I didn't panic, because I payed them to "take care of me...," but after a couple of months had passed by, I soon realized that they had given up on me, and where simply stealing my money. Andrew was recommended by a friend of the family, and at first I was a bit skeptical due to my past experiences, but once I spoke to him I regained some hope. He was my criminal defense attorney, and I was charged with 6 different charges that if it weren't for him, I might have spent years in prison. I'm not saying he's going to win 100% of the cases he has, but he'll give 110% of his effort. He communicated with me very often, and his staff would also speak to my worried wife whenever she had any questions, honestly I personally have nothing but good things to say about them, Andrew and his team managed to take all the charges I had against me, and during the entire process they treated me and my family like genuine people and not just another client. I highly recommend him for any legal representation.

No good...

All I can say is, this lawyer is no good. Can't tell you about your case, but knows about your payments. He kept telling me it takes time, but demands more money. He will act like your his top priority, till he sees there's nothing more to squeeze out of you. Then you call, and call, and nothing. He ...promises you the stars, then you receive calls about next payment. When they gave me quote of $3,500. Now they want more. With no results, just one motion. So Andrew wants $3,500 for one motion. I will notify the bar, I fired him, and will not return a dollar to me. I guess crime dose pay....
