Got straight no bull answers. We were planning to make an appointment to go see her the next day to set ...up a Ladybird Deed for mom's property, so she started asking about the property and delving into it on the spot and found out that Mom already set this up back in 2012! Loved her advice on our situation; no need to look further; my brother and I both saved her contact information in our phones and will be calling on her in the future as needed.
