Marlyn is very detail orientated. I was on a very tight timeline with a 1031 exchange purchasing 2 properties. We had to disqualify one property immediately. With all of her years of experience Marlyn was able to recognize future issues saving a lot of time and money. This lady is a contract special...ist. I wouldn't use anyone else.
