Ok guys ? Am I the only one noticing this, or is everyone simply overlooking what I've experienced over the past month? I've called this attorney at least ten times, sent text messages, and left multiple voicemails, yet my calls continue to go unanswered. I recently spoke with someone in Miami who d...escribed a very similar experience while trying to reach him regarding an H-1B visa matter: constant delays, endless excuses, and a pattern of unreliability. What concerns me most is the tendency to present situations in a more favorable light than reality seems to support. Am I truly the only one seeing this? Because given my experience, it's difficult to reconcile it with the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Just last week, I repeatedly attempted to contact him to discuss my case, and not once did he return my calls. A friend told me that he is highly detail-oriented, and that may be true, but he also appears to have mastered the art of procrastination. At some point, attention to detail is no substitute for responsiveness and follow-through.
