Jeffrey P Marathas

Jeffrey brings nearly 20 years of Immigration and Business law experience. Fluent in English and French, he studied at the Universite D’Aix-Marseille III, Faculte’ de Droit, and obtained both Juris Doctorate and Civil Law degrees from the Law Center at the Louisiana State University in 2002. He received specialized training at the Yale University College of Medicine, and was awarded an A.S. degree from AAMI as well as a B.A. degree from Arizona State University where he graduated with high honors and Pedrick Scholar distinction.

Jeffrey holds licensure with the Arizona State Bar, and after being appointed as the first U.S. delegate to the Marrekech Attorney’s Association, he became an honorary member of the Marrekech Bar, Kingdom of Morocco. Jeffrey has lectured on the Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation at University Cadi Ayyad School of Law and presents immigration seminars in France and Brazil based on U.S. investment and business acquisition. He has been a content provider and holds mentions in Economica magazine, Info Money magazine, Free the Essence, Estadao, , , and . As special counsel to the French Embassy in Washington D.C., Jeffrey regularly advises on immigration matters for the Department of Cultural Services.

Jeffrey has extensive knowledge of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act and brings specialty experience in all aspects of business and investment-based immigration, as well as immigration compliance for U.S. based businesses. He offers a diversified portfolio of expertise to his clients in a multitude of sectors, including international business, science and technology, athletics, music, fashion, and art. Jeffrey prepares immigrant and non-immigration petitions such as E, L, O, and all EB based categories filed with U.S. Consulates and United States Immigration & Citizenship Services.
