David B. Rosemberg

David B. Rosemberg is the founder and trial counsel of Rosemberg Law, a boutique trial firm based at the Beacon Tower of Aventura, serving clients throughout Miami and South Florida.

David represents companies, founders, family offices, and individuals in three core areas: business litigation, intellectual property, and selected serious personal injury matters. His business litigation practice includes shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract and commercial cases, fraud and failed-investment claims, real estate and development disputes, securities matters, and claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). His intellectual property work spans trademark and copyright infringement, anti-counterfeiting, and brand protection for rights holders.

Fluent in English and Spanish, David frequently represents clients navigating the U.S.–Latin America corridor — cross-border disputes where two languages, two legal cultures, and multiple jurisdictions are in play.

Rosemberg Law was founded in 2017 on a simple premise: take a limited number of matters at a time, so the partner a client speaks with is the partner who handles the case directly. A significant portion of the firm's work comes by referral from other attorneys, bankers, and advisors.

David has been interviewed by South Florida and national media on high-profile legal matters, and his cases have been covered by the Daily Business Review, the official court newspaper of South Florida.
