I came to Anastasia Saak’s immigration law office with a problem, and thanks to their work, it was fully resolved — I received my lawful status, and I’m truly grateful for that. I especially want to mention Victor, the attorney’s assistant. He was very professional, polite, and simply great to com...municate with, which made the whole process calm and easy to understand. The quality of their service was excellent. I never had any issues with deadlines — everything was done on time, carefully, and exactly as promised. At the same time, many of my friends complain about their lawyers, even after paying them $10–15k, because those lawyers barely do any actual work. My experience with Anastasia’s office was the complete opposite, and I really appreciate that. I honestly recommend this law office to anyone who needs reliable, attentive, and professional immigration help.

Anastasia has no goal to see the case through to the end, so she takes all the cases. That is why there is poor communication with clients, no preparation for court, since it is physically impossible to do so, with such a volume of cases. Personally, she did not answer me for about a month, so I had ...to change my lawyer. I know other friends who can neither call nor write to her. She came to the first master's court without form 589, so it was cancelled, a year later they appointed a second one. The result is deplorable: we have 7 people in the case, each of whom lost a year. When the second master's court was appointed, I started writing to her, she did not answer and I had to urgently change my lawyer. At the same time, Anastasia, of course, does not want to return the money. She wrote me a list of services rendered for the amount I paid and even a little more, without documentary evidence of actual performance. When I asked to send these documents, there was silence again. I do not recommend anyone to enter into an agreement with her for the provision of legal services.
