I genuinely do not know how this place is still open. I came here during one of the hardest times in my life. Immigration is stressful enough on its own and I just needed someone to actually handle things the way they promised. I paid, I provided everything they asked for, I was cooperative and pati...ent for longer than I should have been. Nothing was done. Not one thing. Every time I reached out I got some version of "we are working on it" and then eventually just silence. My deadlines passed. My case sat untouched. And when I finally pushed back, suddenly nobody was available anymore. I was so angry I could not sleep. Not just because of the money, but because of the TIME and the stress and the hope I put into this. You trust people with something that actually matters to your life and they just... do not care. I later found out other people had the exact same experience here. Same story, different names. That tells you everything you need to know. Please read the reviews before you come here. Please talk to people. Please do not go through what I and others have gone through just to end up back at square one, lighter in the wallet and heavier in the chest. There are good, honest immigration firms out there. This is not one of them.
