I am totally dissatisfied with her service. She advised me to follow a legal path that was totally wrong from the beginning. She absurdly refused to meet with me on many occasions, to discuss my options. She didn’t answer calls or messages. In consequence, in my case, the counterpart's allegations ca...ught her off guard. Therefore, she admitted that “the lawyer had us against the wall” even before the hearing started. Her process is so flawed that she even served the wrong person! She is definitely the worst lawyer I have ever worked with.

Last year Ms. Frater handled my claim for surplus funds from a tax deed sale in Lee County, FL. She did an excellent job and got me a check of more that $25,000 from the Lee County Clerk. She also handle a litigation for me for return of escrow deposits from a real estate transaction and I got back m...y full $10,000 deposit. She always delivers for me.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and expertise shown by Ms. Frater. She was very personable as well. I spoke to a few attorneys before speaking to Ms. Frater, and they were not so easy to speak to about my issue. She seemed to care, and that really made a difference in the lawy...er I chose. I would recommend her services to any family member or friend in need. Ms. Frater helped with my Bankruptcy and Foreclsure case. She also helped my husband with a non-compete case from his past employer. All cases were handled with the diligence one would hope for from an attorney.
