It was a pleasure getting to work with Jeremy Serres. He kept communication open calling me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the status of my case. Our insurance company was difficult to work with by not responding in a timely manner but Jeremy continued to pursue them on our behalf. He worke...d tirelessly to get us what we deserved from our insurance company. He was willing to explain things in detail not matter how simple the question might have seemed, he was very easy to communicate with. Jeremy is a great young up and coming lawyer. Two years ago I filed an insurance claim on my house which was denied. I hired a law firm to sue my insurance for non payment and for 1 & 1/2 years didn't get anywhere. Then finally I was given a new lawyer, high in enthusiasm and energy, his name Jeremy.... From the first day Jeremy laid out his plan for attacking my case and always called and/or emailed me as soon as any status updates were available. He was never too busy to answer my questions or just check up on my family and I. Glad to say have only 6 months of working the case he was able to get it settled and I am expecting payment within the next couple of weeks. Moral is that it is hard to find good help that truly cares especially from lawyers but Jeremy is one of those rare exceptions so much so that I can see us being friends now that our business relationship is over.
