Seems like a scam. After I retained his services he wouldn't talk to me about my case until after my file came which didn't come until the day prior to court. All the attorney did was ask me to file out a income declaration which was requested by court the day prior. He wouldn't gather a crucial piec...e of evidence I needed a representative to get from the Social Security Office which was just a letter I had missed placed from the Social Security Administration which said I wouldn't owe an overpayment. The day of the Hearing he gave a fake defense which he didn't seem prepared and he also didn't prepare me for. After the Hearing he gave me a phone call pretending that he thought we had won the case with his fake defense. It looks to me he wasn't trying to win the case and just wanted to charge me more money to fight a another appeal under false pretenses.

I was lost and unsure of where to turn regarding my social security issue. I found Eric’s number and after reading about his experience and expertise, I contacted him and had a conversation at length . Eric relieved the stress and a huge sense of feeling overwhelmed just by caring and understanding m...y specific situation . I dealt with the local office here in New Mexico only to find out I was misled and not given what I asked for, that alone made me feel understood and supported. After not being able to sleep last night, i have been able to rest and know I am in excellent and very experienced and competent hands. He took the angst off of me just in the fact that he would handle everything and I wouldn’t have to deal with the local office and their lack of care and help. I’m grateful even up to this point with Eric’s representation and I trust that no matter what he has my best interest at heart knowing how this has caused me so much turmoil.
