Mrs Perla Abrams is the most professional and ethical attorney I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Mrs Abrams. She is extremely knowledgeable truly a perfect example of what an attorney should be. I speak objectively due to my experience with other attorneys who have left me disappointed wit...h the law.

On Friday 12/22/2017 attorney Perla Abrams and Abrams & Abrams, P.A. were our closing/settlement agents for the purchase of our dream house. I sincerely regret hiring them for this service because of their inability to communicate with me during the week of the scheduled closing. On Wednesday and Thu...rsday of that week I sent them requests for information/instructions via voicemail, text and thru my spouse. By Friday (closing day) at 9:32am they had not responded to my communications and I did not know what to do in terms of wiring the money, other particulars or even the time when the closing would take place. That was scary. I felt very concerned and afraid of the consequences of not complying with the terms of the contract. The lack of communication made it worse and I did not feel adequately represented by attorney Perla Abrams and Abrams & Abrams, P.A. Consequently, I sent Perla a complaint via email with an attached picture of my text messages that had not been responded. She responded afterwards and basically blamed the bank and her daughter for her own lack of communication with me (her client). After some back and forth over the phone we were able to schedule a time to do the closing. That was the worst part. At no point did attorney Perla Abrams or anyone at Abrams & Abrams, P.A. apologize in person for the above situation they created. Honestly, I was sad to be there and go thru the whole ordeal which is supposed to be the happiest moment for a first-time home buyer. I felt that attorney Perla Abrams and Abrams & Abrams, P.A. ruined that moment for me. Based on the above, I would never hire attorney Perla Abrams and Abrams & Abrams, P.A. and will not recommend them to anyone looking for a closing/settlement agent.

I arrived expecting a service. It turned out I was unable to receive a specific service although I was still charged. The lawyer asked me to create a letter, rather than the lawyer creating and submitting the letter for me. Overall I did not have a good experience compared with my other lawyer. There... was no change with my situation due to my visit.
