A significant part of the law practice is devoted to representing Clients in Court, relating to any sort of litigation, including but not limited to cases involving personal injury, non-payment of wages, breach of contract, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, employment whistleblower and tax whistleblower suites, insurance claims and debt collection. Before the Probate Court we represent incapacitated persons and minors. The Law Firm also represents Clients in Appeals proceedings.

A significant part of the law practice concentrates on all types of business immigration, including legal permanent residency under EB-5 and EB-1 Visas, as well as paths to working and living in the U.S. under L, E-1, E-2, O Visas among others. Also representing family based petitions, such as finance visas and immediate relative petitions based on marriage and close family ties. The law practice also represents Clients in Immigration Court procedures.

A significant portion of the law practice is devoted to representing Clients in contract negotiations for all types of commercial and residential real estate, employment and business transactions. The Law Firm advises Clients as to the proper form of business entity for their needs and prepares all incorporation documents, including shareholder and operating agreements.

A significant portion of the law practice is devoted to representing Clients in divorce, child custody, judgment modification and child support proceedings before the Family Courts. The Law Firm also advises Clients in pre-divorce preparation, prenuptial agreements and mediated amicable divorces.
