Got the renter out fast!
Mr. Perdomo was quick to give me advice on how best to evict a tenant that wasn't paying rent. Within 5 weeks he was out. I've used attorneys before that take 8+ weeks to get the job done. Trustworthy and very knowledgable. Highly recommend.
