It is very difficult to respond to your concerns when you choose not to include your name. I am sorry you feel this way as I take special interest in every single case and make every effort to achieve a positive result. Unfortunately, immigration laws have become more complicated over the last several years, and no attorney can guarantee the outcome of a client's case. The only thing I can personally guarantee is that I make EVERY possible effort for EVERY client. The fact that you claim that I never replied to your calls is most disturbing because I return every single call, even on weekends; maybe not immediately, as you can understand I balance my time between the office, the immigration courts and the immigration field offices. If you are really a client of mine, please feel free to call me with your concerns.
