Ruben Victor Chavez

I am a partner and trial attorney at A to Z Injury Law, where I represent clients in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters throughout South Florida.

I bring more than 20 years of trial experience to the firm, having litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts across Florida. I began my career defending corporations and insurance companies at large Miami law firms, gaining first-hand insight into how cases are evaluated and defended before shifting my practice to represent injured individuals.

My experience includes arguing cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Florida’s Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, as well as taking more than 30 civil jury trials to verdict. In 2017, I was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a peer-selected organization recognizing experienced trial lawyers.

While trial readiness and maximizing recovery are central to my work, effective representation extends beyond the courtroom. At A to Z Injury Law, we focus on guiding clients through both the legal and practical challenges that follow a serious injury, providing comprehensive support from start to finish.
