Martin Christopher Gilliam

Case # 20111533. Martin Christopher Gilliam filed the divorce proceedings on my behalf since January 2011 and was paid in full for the money he requested since March 2011. Martin Gilliam did not complete the divorce proceedings and withdraw himself from my case without a notice or phone call. He said... it’s because I kept calling him every 3 days for an update on the case and he felt as though I was harassing him. When I would call him for update information on the case he did not realize it was me on the phone and he began to give me information regarding another case. There were times he set the time and date for me to call him but he will never call or answer his office phone or cell phone. This is the worse lawyer. He took my money and did not provide the service. I asked him for my money back he stated he will not give me my money back. I will report him to the BAR. This is a disgrace and unethical on his part. Can you help me? I called the County Clerk office to get the next court date and they will not give me any information on my case. Please help me.
