I was told that when you have a Lis Pendins it's very hard to have the case thrown out but he did it. He is a very very aggressive attorney. I've been a client of Alejandro Sixto for a while. Hes done traffic tickets for me and had good results. I recently retained him again for a Loan Modification and so far so good. My file is under review with the bank and i haven't had any complaints about his firm so far. Everytime I call i always sp...eak to his assistants because hes never in the office. I did request for him to call me personally and he did about 2 days later. i've worked with several attorneys in the past and more or less they are all the same. The assistants do most or all of the work and handle the clients themselves.
