About Prosper
Biography
Prosper Shaked is the founder of Prosper Injury Attorneys, a Miami-area law firm representing individuals and families in serious personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other complex negligence cases throughout Florida.
Prosper began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he developed extensive courtroom experience and tried more than 30 cases. He founded Prosper Injury Attorneys in 2017 and now applies that litigation background to representing injured people and their families in cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, medical negligence, unsafe premises, nursing home negligence, defective products, and maritime injuries.
Prosper maintains a selective practice and is personally involved in the cases his firm accepts. Clients work directly with him on important decisions concerning case strategy, litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. He believes serious injury cases require careful investigation, a thorough understanding of the medical evidence, and early preparation for the possibility that the case may ultimately need to be tried.
Prosper earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
