MADSEN IS THE WORSE LAWYER IN LIFE! If I know where he works I’m calling to tell them about my experience with this POS attorney! This man did NOTHING on my case, he was NEVER PREPARED and showed his lack of experience or caring at my hearing. I’m glad he’s no longer in FL but in MN or WI causing har...m to people. DONT EVER EVER HIRE THIS MAN!

I want to inform the public about Mr. Marcellus. I'm not bashing him or on some witch hunt to get him. I feel the public deserves to know how he handled my case. Mr Marcellus did not show any real interest in this case. He never did any type of investigation of his own with information that was provi...ded to him. He neglected to prepare his client for trial. He failed to provide the client with a copy of the discovery. He failed to act with due diligence (slacker). Failed to communicate with client. He did not prepare to deliver an opening statement or a closing argument. Mr Marcellus created his closing argument as he went along. I could not believe the foolishness that was coming out of his mouth. I was in disbelief. I was and still am disappointed with the closing argument he delivered. It was a fiasco more so a circus. I watched some of the jurors laughing as he was making his closing argument. I knew I was going to be found guilty just with Mr Marcellus overall performance from beginning to end. He was only interested in getting his money. He showed no concern that his client's life was in his hands. s Serving 10 years thanks to Mr. Marcellus. The case was a beatable case based on other lawyers that has reviewed the case after the trial. Please do your research before hiring a lawyer. Just because a lawyer says they do criminal defense doesn't mean they have the expertise to give their client the best defense.

He has to be the worst lawyer in the state of Florida. Very unprofessional with the lack of experience. All he want is money, money, money and didn't do anything for me. He is a compulsive liar who does a poor job. Doesn't like to answer the phone when I called but when it's time to get paid he avai...lable bright and early. If he was the last lawyer left you're better off defending yourself. Please anybody out there looking to hire this guy please look elsewhere. He's a waste of your time. In all honesty, this is not to bash. But to inform you into what you're getting yourself into. In court he lied to the judge about looking over my discovery when in fact he never in looked at the evidence. Overall I don't think this will be a good choice for anybody. Do your research and choose wisely. You're investing a lot into your life and once that money is handed over ain't no turning back.

Not pleased with his overall performance as an attorney. Unable to communicate effectively. Vocabulary is very limited, unable to reference to certain cases. I wouldn't recommend someone to him, not even for a traffic citation. Lacked experience for handling this type of case. He should be able to go... back to the Public Defenders Office to brush up on his skills. I wish more people would take the time out to rate these attorneys to prevent a travesty from happening to someone else.
