Eddy Olivera and his assistant are absolutely terrible. I would advise anyone to stay far away. Eddy was handling a case for me for a year and a half and another case for a year....he got absolutely NOTHING done! Not one hospital bill was paid... He didn't even bother to submit insurance informatio...n after they repeatedly requested for it. None of the bills were sent directly to me so I had no knowledge of any collections notices or anything.!Now I have two medical bills on my credit report which shot down my literally perfect credit score 137 points. Simple things, such as submitting insurance. I would call for updates (he never had any) just to find out afterwards he didn't do anything. The only reason he even got one star is because it is required for the review. Absolutely disgusted with this firm! My car was deemed a total loss and he insisted that I still fix the car despite significant frame damage and the insurance company acknowledging that. Of course he sent it to one of his friends, to receive more money. I Hired another lawyer who has cleaned up the mess. I know lawyers are sleazy by profession but this man is just outright dishonest.

Mr Olivera and his staff were extremely helpful in helping me after a car accident that was not my fault. He took care of everything, from getting my car repaired, all medical issues and being available to answer any and all questions. He was always accessible and that was very important to me. The e...nd result after everything was done was very satisfactory for me.
