Amanda came very highly recommended to me and I had full faith in her going into my first property purchase. I didn't think she would be any different than any other real estate lawyer however. She was very informative, smart, and walked me through all of the paperwork. But what really stood out was ...the research she put forth in order to help me with my purchase. She handled everything for me and when it came to closing she explained that she got me out of a nearly $5,000 tax charge because the seller was an international who would not question her motion to have the seller cover that fee. I doubt most other lawyers would even know that, let alone take the initiative to help me as the client that way. She truly exceeded my expectations and was a huge help. I will use her for everything I can. In the future.
